-don't eat cookies/chocolate that will trigger something strange
-try to workout everyday

Goal: be 115
Apparently I have a eating disorder.
I don't want this to get severe and I don't want to gain weight again.
I know I'm not fat, but this is not the way I want to roll.
My stomach does not feel good, I am gaining weight.
I need to stop I need to stop!
:(
I keep trying to really don't know what will help at this point.
I'm going to try and try.
